I'm Charlotte Valler, founder of Thrive Reflexology & Welbeing, and I am an experienced clinical reflexologist offering hand & foot reflexology treatments from my home in Wallingford, Oxfordshire.

I am passionate about my treatments and the benefits they may have on your health, energy levels and general wellbeing. I provide relaxing, bespoke treatments using a holistic 360 approach, with the aim to help you relax, reduce stress & tension, and to improve your sleep and mood.

Life can get busy and we all experience stress or tension from time to time. I firmly believe what I offer is so important in allowing you the space to take time out to relax, recharge and calm the mind.
